Are your products high quality?

Finding the best ingredients in the world is, and always has been, a priority for us at Good Protein. Our manufacturer also holds a GSF (Safe Quality Food) certification from GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) which means that each ingredient used in our products is assessed for its level of risk to consumer health or food fraud. We also carry out various analyses on our ingredients and finished products to ensure that we offer our customers a safe, top-quality product.

Will I lose weight by consuming your products?

Our blends were not created specifically for weight loss. That being said, they can easily be integrated into a healthy diet and training regimen that’s designed for weight loss!

Is the All-in-One Shake a meal replacement?

Our signature All-in-One Shake is not officially recognized as a meal replacement by government agencies in Canada. With that in mind, it makes the perfect snack! Add it to your favourite smoothies, mix it in with your baking recipes or drink it as a shake.

Where do your products come from?

We’re a Canadian company (based in Montreal) and we’re proud to say that our blends are made right here in Canada! Our ingredients come from renowned suppliers around the world, with the majority being based in our home country.

Does the 32g High Protein Shake contain all 9 amino acids like the All-in-One-Shake?

Yes, our 32 g High Protein Shake provides all 9 essential amino acids (EAAs), which the body cannot produce on its own and must obtain from food. It also contains a range of non-essential amino acids that contribute to energy, recovery, and overall health. The protein source is pea protein, which naturally delivers a complete amino acid profile, including the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine, valine).

How do I know if the 32g High Protein Shake is right for me?

What’s the difference between a one-time purchase and a subscription?

On the product page, you’ll see two options: one-time purchase or subscribe & save 20%. By selecting one-time purchase, you’re ordering the blend of your choice without committing to another order. If you choose to subscribe, you’ll save 20% on every order, but need to place at least two orders before cancelling — otherwise you’ll be charged the regular price.

What does a subscription entail?

To put it simply, a subscription allows you to save 20% on all your orders, earn gifts and rewards and get exclusive access to new flavour launches! All it takes is signing up, becoming a subscriber and receiving at least two shipments! You can change or skip at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before your second order, you’ll be charged the regular price on your previous order.

Will I receive orders automatically if I subscribe?

When you subscribe, not only do you save 20%, but you’ll also be set up for automatic re-orders — so you never have to worry about running low on superfood blends. Our subscription is flexible: you can choose to receive a delivery every 30, 45 or 60 days, depending on how often you use our products. It’s easy and convenient to modify and manage your subscription; meaning you can change or skip a delivery if need be, right up until the day it’s processed.

Will I get charged every month for my subscription?

Not necessarily. Because you choose when your orders get delivered, you’ll be charged according to your subscription details. For example, if you’re set to re-order every 45 days, you’ll be charged every 45 days.

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you’ve logged into your account, you can control everything yourself — we promise it’s easy. Click the Delivery Schedule tab and you’ll see when your next deliveries are planned. Going on a trip and want to skip your next delivery? Easy. Click the Subscriptions tab and you’ll see all the product and subscription details; to the right of that, you’ll see an Edit button (on mobile you’ll have to swipe right, slightly). Click that and you’ll be able to change which products or flavours you receive, customize the frequency of your orders, put your subscription on pause or cancel your subscription.

Can I edit my order?

Our teams work diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Because of this rapid turnaround, we are unable to make any edits or changes once an order has been placed. However, you can still take advantage of our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to make a return.

Can I cancel an order?

If you’ve received an order conformation for a delivery that you don’t want right away, it’s possible for us to cancel it or postpone it, as long as the order hasn’t been processed. If the order has been processed, it won’t be possible for us to cancel it.

If you’ve received an order that you don’t want, it’s possible to return it and get a refund. If you want to return an order, let us know by contacting info@goodprotein.ca and we’ll help you take care of it.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you've benefited from an extra discount on your first subscription order, a minimum of two subscription orders are required before canceling. You can change or skip your orders at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the second shipment has been received, you’ll be charged the regular price.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $55–this equals to only two small shake bags! For orders falling under the minimum amount required, shipping starts at $10.95.

How long does delivery take?

In general, your package will arrive within 3-5 days. Tracking will be provided so you can follow your package the entire time it makes its way to you!

What is your 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you’re trying us for the first time and aren’t totally thrilled, no stress! If your bag is at least half full and wish to return it within 60 days of your delivery date, we’ll give you a full refund minus a 15% return fee. Prefer to exchange? No problem! You can swap your original item(s) for a different flavour with a $5 shipping fee (fees waived with subscription), and you can do this up to 2 times a year.

For second (or third, or fourth, or... you get the gist!) purchases, you can only exchange an open bag for a different flavour with $5 shipping fee (unless you're subscribed, and then it's free!). You can enjoy up to 2 swaps a year.

What happens if I’m not home when my order gets delivered?

Our shipping providers don’t require a signature upon delivery of your Good Protein order, so, if the location seems secure — or if you’ve left instructions about where to leave a delivery — the box will be left on site. If you feel it’s not ideal to have it delivered to your home when you’re not there, we recommend having it delivered somewhere else. Like, say, at work, where we’re sure your colleagues will appreciate your new, tasty — and healthy! — treats.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery to a PO box. While we use a number of different shipping providers, the vast majority of them won't deliver to a PO box.

If you're worried about delivery when you're not home, you can always leave a note for the delivery person to drop the package at a back door, or have it delivered to an office, a commercial address or a pick-up counter.
